High Tensile Fasteners

We are into manufacturing of 2 standard types of High Tensile fasteners.

1 ) IS 1367 Grdae 10.9 Hex Bolts & Studs:

These are made up of carbon steels and low boron steels. The material is heat treated by quenched and tempered methods. Navstar Steel is a leading supplier and manufacturer of the Grade 10.9 Bolt products in various dimensions and types. Gr 10 represents Min. 1000 N/mm2 Tensile strength with material Grade EN 9/ EN 19.

2) ASTM A 193 GRADE B7 Studs & Bolts:

ASTM A193 Grade B7 bolts and threaded studs are manufactured from a chromium-molybdenum steel and are quenched and tempered (heat treated) to develop the desired mechanical properties (strength).

Grade B7 is the most common grade of A193 bolts used in Oil & Gas Industries pumps and valves.

American standard ASTM A 193 GRADE B7 is manufactured with materials AISI 4140, and after hardening and tempering hardness is max 35 HRC & Tensile strength is Min. 865 N/mm2 or 125 ksi upto diameter 2.5″.
